We're looking for a full time administrator based in our busy Barnstaple office to join our successful residential team. You will need a friendly and positive outlook who is dedicated to providing the highest standard of customer service. Experience desired but not essential as training will be given. Lettings Manager- Barnstaple
We have a great opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a reputable leader in the market place. As the Lettings Manager you will be responsible for driving the business forward and growing the property portfolio whilst promoting exceptional customer service.
The perfect candidate will have a great track record in Lettings at either an assistant manager or manager level. We are looking for this person to generate and win new business as well as retain existing clients.
You will need to be a people motivator to effectively manage 1 lettings negotiator. You will be knowledgeable about lettings legislation; be driven, determined, proactive, enthusiastic, have a positive "can do" approach and have excellent all round communication and IT skills.
Essential Skills required:
• Experienced Lettings Assistant Manager or Manager
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Full Driving License and use of own car essential
