We have 2 fully qualified Chartered Surveyors within the firm who are able to provide a range of professional services from a simple valuation through to a Home Buyers Report and/or a full Structural Survey.
Valuations for Lending Purposes - We are retained by a number of High Street Banks and other Buildings Societies in order to provide valuations for mortgage purposes.
Court Work - Expert Witness and court work is undertaken on a regular basis.
Other Matters - Planning law, adverse possession, rights of way etc., can also be dealt with by our Chartered Surveyors.
