Rent Collection Service

  • Collect damage deposit
  • Collect monthly rental payments and forward these to your bank account
  • Chase any late payments and take remedial action
  • Be point of contact for the tenant for any issues
  • Manage tenancy extensions*
  • Inspect the property at the end of tenancy
  • Arrange for deposit to be released, minus any damages

Full Management Service

  • Notify the Council Tax department of change of occupier
  • Carry out quarterly inspections of the property
  • Manage tenancy extensions*
  • Service of statutory notices such as those required to gain possession of the property
  • Inspect the property at the end of tenancy
  • Arrange for deposit to be released, minus any damages
